  • Agreed content organised into clear pages or sections.

What changes
the quote?

It’s usually the amount of content or what the website needs to do. We’ll talk through these before agreeing a price.

More pages, writing or design
Additional pages, more involved layouts, copywriting, substantial content preparation and branding are quoted for the work involved.
Tools that do more
Booking systems, payments, online shops, forms and third-party integrations need a separate scope. Any service charges are explained before you commit.
Changes to the plan
New features or changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed and priced before the extra work starts.
Getting online & staying supported
Hosting, domains and ongoing website care are separate from the build starting prices. Your quote will set out the arrangements and any known costs; no recurring fee is assumed here.

A few useful details.

How much feedback can I give?

We’ll agree a bounded review allowance in your quote, with feedback gathered into clear rounds. Further changes or a different scope are priced before the extra work begins.

Do I need my content ready?

The starting scopes assume ready-to-use written content, images and any existing logo are supplied by you. If you need help writing or preparing them, we can include that work in your quote.

What about payment and third-party costs?

Your written quote will explain payment arrangements and any hosting, domain or third-party costs before work begins. These starting prices do not imply a particular payment schedule or a free ongoing service.

Can you quote for a redesign?

Yes. Send your existing website and explain what you’d like to improve. Content migration, page changes and existing features can affect the work involved. See the website redesign service for what the review covers.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, domains, updates and ongoing support are separate from the starting build price. We’ll agree the arrangements you need. Read about website care and aftercare or ask about support in your enquiry.
