New websites
for small businesses.
From a focused single page to a fuller service website, I’ll help customers understand what you offer and how to get in touch.
Start with what your
customers need to know.
What do you do? Where do you work? Why should someone contact you? We’ll put those answers at the heart of the website.
A new site suits a business starting out, moving beyond a social media page, or bringing its services together in one place.
Discuss a new website
The essentials,
thought through.
- A design for your business
- Layouts built around your agreed content, brand and the people you want to reach.
- Good on a phone
- Responsive layouts, readable text and contact links that are easy to use across screen sizes.
- A clear route to contact
- Phone, email and messaging links using the contact details your business already has.
- Basic search setup
- Relevant page titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO campaigns and ranking guarantees are not part of this.

Before your new
website gets started.
How long does a website take to build?
The schedule depends on the pages, features and how soon your content is ready. I’ll give you an estimated schedule before work begins and keep you updated as the project progresses. If you have a date in mind, mention it in your enquiry.
What do I need to provide?
Your existing logo, photographs, service information and contact details are a useful starting point. The starting prices assume ready-to-use content. If you need writing or substantial preparation, we’ll include that work in the quote.
Will it work on mobile phones?
Yes. Responsive design is included, with layouts, text and contact options checked on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can you help with my domain and professional email?
I can help connect your domain and guide you through professional email setup. Domain registration and mailbox charges are separate and should be clear in the agreed arrangements.
Who owns the finished website?
We’ll clarify the website files, content, third-party licences and any ongoing platform arrangements in the written project agreement. Please mention if you need to edit or move the website yourself after launch.
Still here
after launch.
Services change. Photos need replacing. You might want a new page. Website care and content updates can be arranged around the help you need.
Hosting, domain registration and ongoing support are priced separately and explained in your quote. There’s no assumed maintenance subscription.
I can help arrange suitable hosting and get the website online. After launch, you’ll know how it is hosted and what support has been agreed.
